I have been asked many tricky
question over the past year or so, some of which I hesitate to
say are beyond the bounds of my know how. Numerous times, the
question of the "Ley de Propiedad Horizontal" has
been requested ........ it means The Law of Horizontal
Property. So I thought it may be time to go hunting for this
document. Spanish versions are readily available, but for me,
a tad difficult to fully understand. However, after several
hours of hunting, I have finally located a professional
translation of this document. It covers all you need to know
on the subject of properties in urbanizations, and the law as
it stands, with revision for 2003.
