- OWNERS FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION
Following the 2 recent EGM´s to change the administrator
and General President of Torrox Park Phase1, we now require
your assistance once again, due to the following points.
1.
The old administrator, to date, still fails to
cooperate by non-compliance with the request to hand over
documentation.
2.
The outgoing president Conchi Duro, continues to ignore
the new status and structure of the urbanization, and clearly
demonstrates a dogmatic attitude.
3.
ALL owners’ details are urgently required by
COFINANZ, along with copies of receipts of payments that you
have made during the past 12 months.
4.
The JULY to DECEMBER 2006 community fees must be paid
into the NEW account, which is under the sole control of
COFINANZ and Mrs. H. Clodius.

5.
We need money now to pay for the essential services of
the community, such as Electricity, Water, gardeners wages and
emergency repairs work.
6.
PLEASE CANCEL any direct debit/standing orders that you
may have regarding payments to Javier Lopez Parras in Torrox
Costa for Torrox Park Phase1 owners.
Now we must compile a database of all owners, so we
ask you to cooperate by sending your details urgently to the
COFINANZ office.
